  13. What modules (subroutines) in the Graphics Library (or in ICON) support
  14. the selection of an object with the mouse and then moving that object?

  16. In VIB, you  select somthing like a "slider" and move it to the Design
  17. Window.
  18. I was curious on how this is done in general.
